Pixie Technologies provides World Wide Website services and reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Pixie Technologies when Pixie Technologies decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

In general you don't need to give any personal information as long as you are browsing the official website. However there are times when we may need additional info about you or your organisation. There are certain situations in which we require personal information. For example, you have to tell us your name and email address, in order to be contacted by our representatives. This may happen when you request a quote or when we have to process for you an order. However, we strongly emphasise that Pixie Technologies does not share any personal information with third parties.

Pixie Technologies provides World Wide Web page hosting. Pixie Technologies reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Pixie Technologies when Pixie Technologies decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
Log Files and Statistics
Pixie Technologies site collects log files & statistics for the sole purpose of administration.
E-mails
Pixie Technologies uses a dedicated email centre for communication with potential clients, but only if they have already established contact with our representatives.
Pixie Technologies does not distribute or retransmit any correspondence, nor does it give away any email addresses to third parties.
E-mail Usage
Spamming, or sending of unsolicited e-mail, from any of our servers or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on our server machine as reference is strictly prohibited. Pixie Technologies will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Pixie Technologies site cannot be held responsible for the content or the privacy policies of web sites to which it may refer to or link.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Pixie Technologies shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, which may arise from Pixie Technologies servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Pixie Technologies shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from any corruption or deletion of any web site from one of our servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Violations of these acceptable user Policies should be referred to Pixie Technologies. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
Disclaimer
Pixie Technologies cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Pixie Technologies are not directly owned and written by Pixie Technologies. Moreover, Pixie Technologies holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Pixie Technologies sees fit.
